Nuo 2022 m. sausio 1 dienos nemokamai dėl gimdos kaklelio vėžio moterys pasitikrinti galės pagal naują Gimdos kaklelio vėžio ankstyvosios diagnostikos programą. Naujiena – 35–59 m. amžiaus moterims bus atliekamas aukštos rizikos žmogaus papilomos viruso (AR ŽPV) tyrimas skystoje terpėje.
Teikiamos paslaugos apmokamos iš Privalomojo sveikatos draudimo fondo biudžeto lėšų, pranešė Sveikatos apsaugos ministerija.
Gimdos kaklelio vėžys – tai liga, ankstyvoje stadijoje galinti neturėti jokių simptomų.
Rekomenduojamos reguliarios patikros gali padėti laiku aptikti ikivėžinius pakitimus, kurie dažniausiai išgydomi su minimaliomis pasekmėmis reprodukcinei sveikatai. Šiai ligai atsirasti reikia laiko. Atvejai, kai vėžys išsivysto per metus ar dvejus, – ypač reti.
Laiku aptikus ryškius ikivėžinius pokyčius, liga gali būti išgydoma beveik visoms pacientėms. Ankstyvųjų gimdos kaklelio vėžio stadijų penkerių metų išgyvenamumas gali siekti 90 proc. ir daugiau. Dėl to itin svarbu reguliariai tikrintis.
Pagal naują gimdos kaklelių piktybinių navikų prevencinę programą, pasitikrinti gali visos moterys nuo 25 iki 59 metų amžiaus (imtinai):
- Moterims nuo 25 iki 34 m. (imtinai) – kartą į trejus metus. Tyrimo metu paimamas gimdos kaklelio citologinis tepinėlis ir suteikiama rezultatų įvertinimo paslauga.
- Moterims nuo 35 iki 59 m. (imtinai) – kartą į penkerius metus. Atliekamas gimdos kaklelio medžiagos paėmimas AR ŽPV ir gimdos kaklelio citologinio tepinėlio tyrimui atlikti (kai AR ŽPV rezultatas teigiamas) bei rezultatų įvertinimo paslauga.
Profilaktinius tyrimus moterims atliks šeimos gydytojas arba šeimos medicinos paslaugas teikiančios komandos narys (gydytojas akušeris ginekologas ar akušeris).
Svarbu paminėti, kad nėra vienos veiksmingiausios prevencijos priemonės. Vertinant šiuo metu esamas tendencijas, apskaičiuota, kad vakcinacija nuo žmogaus papilomos viruso (ŽPV), organizuotas patikros programų vykdymas, laiku atliktas teisingas gydymas ir moters stebėjimas po jo gali padėti sumažinti šios ligos dažnį.
